Pre-conditions

  • The end-user has access to the “ProjectSphere” feature on Ask Emmy.
  • The end-user possesses relevant bot accessible data sources (websites, PDFs, custom texts) for chatbot training.
  • The end-user has basic knowledge of how to upload or input data to the system.

Create Your Project Based Chatbot

Step 1

Create Chat Category

  • The researcher accesses the “ProjectSphere” feature on Ask Emmy and create a chat category.
  • The researcher is free to name the category as desired.
  • Each category may have multiple Spherebots, based on the researcher’s requirements.
Step 2

Train Chatbot

  • Give name to your SphereBot – your custom chatbot.
  • Provide training data, it can be a website, single URL, PDF, custom text and Q&A, CSV, XLXS file format and hit Train GPT button.
  • Repeat this step to train chatbot for each source or set of data. Chatbot can be trained with new info whenever required.
Step 3

Create Chatbot Template

  • Give your SphereBot a personality by clicking “Add Template.”
  • Name the template and select the category you created in Step 1.
  • Fill in the other information and assign the SphereBot you created in Step 2 to this template.

POST CONDITIONS

Interacting with Your Project SphereBot

  • The newly created SphereBot can be accessed from the Research section on Ask Emmy Dashboard.
  • The SphereBot is capable of delivering enhanced, contextually accurate responses. When you interact with your custom SphereBot, it pulls information from all integrated sources, delivering a comprehensive response that includes data from the research URLs, PDF, and custom text etc.
